- SmartSaver Bundle™: You can group multiple shipments into larger containers on your own. These are then sent to our sorting facility using pre-provided shipping labels at no extra cost, simplifying your logistics.
- SmartSaver Drop-off: This method allows you to deliver your consolidated shipments to our facility using any carrier of your choice, maximizing your savings with the most substantial discounts available.
How does the SmartSaver program ensure timely delivery of shipments?

Are there any limitations when using GlobalPost shipping services?
GlobalPost Prohibited & Restricted Items:
Some items may not qualify for shipment through our services. The eligibility of items and their quantities is typically determined by the postal regulations, import/export laws of the origin and destination countries, and the guidelines set by our third-party shipping and transportation providers. It is your responsibility to adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and rules concerning your shipment. Items deemed ineligible may be returned, confiscated, destroyed, or disposed of.
Ineligible items encompass those prohibited by law or regulation, as well as hazardous materials, dangerous goods, or items regulated by Title 49 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations or as outlined by USPS regulations.
Additionally, you are prohibited from using our services to ship the following items:
- Aerosols
- Air bags
- Alcoholic beverages
- Ammunition
- Animals, insects, and furs
- Dry ice
- Explosives
- Firearms and other weapons (including imitations or replicas)

A: To file a coverage claim, please use our online claim form available at GlobalPost Claim Form. When entering your claim amount, do not include the shipping cost initially; it will be added to your total reimbursement if your claim is approved. Please note the following guidelines for submitting claims:
- Lost Packages: Wait at least 30 days from the shipment date before filing a claim for lost packages.
- Damaged Packages: Claims for damage can be submitted at any time.
- Submission Deadline: All claims must be filed within 90 days of the shipment date.
- Processing Time: Claims processing can take up to three weeks. If you haven't heard back within this timeframe, contact GlobalPost customer service for assistance.

- Large Envelopes/Flats can weigh up to 17.6 ounces.
- Packages or Thick Envelopes can weigh up to 70 ounces.
What are the requirements for shipments using the GlobalPost SmartSaver program?
All shipments under the GlobalPost SmartSaver program must be consolidated into a shipping container before dispatch.
How many international packages are required to ship daily to qualify for the GlobalPost SmartSaver program?
To be eligible for using the GlobalPost SmartSaver program, you need to ship a minimum of five international packages per day.
Is it possible to buy extra insurance for my shipments?
Yes, you can purchase additional insurance for your packages. However, the maximum insurance coverage cannot exceed the declared value of the package.
